About the Author
Greg Lombardo, MD, Ph.D., is a child psychiatrist in private practice in Manhattan and Westchester county. He is board certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry and is a diplomate of the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology. He is highly trained and experienced in the treatment of children with bipolar disorder. His practice includes biological diagnosis, clinical psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy. He also collaborates closely with psychologists and other therapists in the treatment of children and adolescents with this disorder. Additionally, he has a background in teaching literature and writing at the college and secondary-school level which gives him a special understanding of the academic problems that can accompany bipolar disorder.
